I have over 20 years of professional experience connecting with people and building amazing relationships through various roles. Athletics and bodybuilding have been a part of my life for over 25 years, and I'm excited to try new things to push my limits. It is my passion and pleasure to help people navigate their life situations through meaningful one-on-one conversations. Through my experiences in life I've learned to create frameworks that anchor me in specific daily practices & rituals that have helped me become a better leader, coach, and father . I am a CanFitPro certified Personal Trainer. I am a current track athlete with powerlifting experience. I specialize in both athletic speed and strength training. I’ve competed competitively in powerlifting and track and field and was ranked in Ontario in both disciplines. Due to injuries, I was forced to stop training for a year and a half. I understand what’s it’s like to have to restart from square one. I will always push my clients outside of their comfort zone ensuring your safety is my top priority!

My fitness journey has changed my life!
