Hey guys, my names Alexander Bryan. I’m actively training and competing in kickboxing and muay thai! Currently the Durham Region champion at 139.9 lbs. Currently training for provincials and aiming to represent team Canada in the pan am games in Brazil in November! Happy to be a part of the team.

My name is Amy and I am training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I won gold at my last provincial tournament. I train out of Toronto BJJ as well as submission arts here in Barrie and am headed to California at the end of this month for additional training prior to my next competition which is the IBJJF Worlds in Vegas!!

Jackie is a former figure athlete who still enjoys bodybuilding and strength training. She is a Stage IV cancer patient and has undergone 2 major surgeries in the last 2 years and is about to begin another step on her cancer journey... 6-12 rounds of chemo! Andrew is a career firefighter and nationally ranked competitive powerlifter, as well as being a judge in several powerlifting federations.

I am absolutely fascinated by the capabilities of both the human body & mind so I'm always trying to find new ways to push the limits. Right now I'm training for my first bodybuilding competition & I'm currently in the Fire Academy training to be a FireFighter!

Very poor eating habits & little exercise had me in the morbidly obese category for most of my adult life. I lost 90lbs before having my 3 kids but it continued to fluctuate. I was tired & miserable. I had to change my life so I started my weight loss journey back in January 2020. I started tracking my food & doing home workouts before joining AK. Since I started, I’ve lost a total of 120lbs! I competed in a transformation competition & won 3rd.

Hey, my names Bry, and I’m a national level bikini bodybuilder. I placed top 2, and top 5 at open and natural nationals last year, and currently taking a long much needed off season. Until I comeback for 2023 and hit a bunch of shows and compete for my pro card! For now just working on building a pro level physique.
Mitchell
AKA the Moose exploded onto the Strongman scene in 2021 after deadlifting 475kg at under 140kg body weight. Mitchell has only been doing strength sports for three years and recently made his professional debut, representing Canada at the 2022 World’s Strongest Man competition.
Hands down the best gym around! I started here a few months after having a baby, their youth care is outstanding. They have so much for infants and kids to do at daycare, plus the staff are so kind, patient and fun! The equipment in the gym is epic, everything you would ever want, and then some! The place is huge, so it never feels excessively crowded. Highly recommend it to anyone, especially parents of young kids, my baby loves coming with me to the gym!

On-site pre and post-workout smoothie bar, as well as healthy fresh packaged meals, tanning, and several professional services from personal training to in-house physiotherapy, as well as childminding. Best club in the city!

The gym has awesome equipment, a tone of Atlantis pieces and a large selection of power racks and platforms/barbells. There’s also a posing room which is cool. The customer service is awesome, all the staff are polite and high energy, they were even great when I wanted to cancel my membership because I’m leaving for school eventually. Highly recommend this gym to any level of lifter.
