Did you miss me? It’s been a couple of weeks, but The Kulture is back and better than ever, with a new release day! From now on, you’ll kick off your week with fresh tips, motivation, and all the tools you need to crush your goals. Mondays just got a lot more exciting. Let’s dive in and start this week strong!
"The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones."

Three interesting articles or videos I found over the week. Check them out, or skip to this week’s easy win!
This YouTube video is several snippets from interviews from the podcast “Deep Dive” by Ali Abdaal. This is absolute gold. The best golden nuggets of information from some of the best entrepreneurs, productivity gurus, and generally super successful men and women. Just watch it.
This is another YouTube video! This one is by “Rachelle In Theory”. This is one of the most down-to-earth and holistic explanations of what truly goes into a productivity system on the base level. Watch this video, and you will be way ahead of the game.
We are on a YouTube kick here, so I will let it ride. Back to Ali Abdaal and “Deep Dive! This one is with Cal Newport, talking about his theory of “Slow Productivity.” It is easier said than done but is something beautiful to strive for.
Ever look at your to-do list and feel like you need a nap just from reading it? Yeah, me too. But here’s the thing, long lists aren’t just overwhelming, they’re productivity kryptonite. This week’s easy win? Keep your to-do list short, sweet, and brutally prioritized.
When your list is longer than your attention span, it’s easy to get stuck in a cycle of doing a little of everything but finishing nothing. Shorter lists force you to focus on what actually matters. They cut out the fluff and help you hone in on the tasks that will move the needle, whether in work, fitness, or life.
Here’s the magic number: three. Every day, pick your top three tasks. These are the ones that, if done, will make your day feel like a win. These should be high impact tasks, not “clean my desk” or “scroll social media in the name of research.” Write them down, and make it your mission to finish all three by the end of the day.
Don’t worry—the world won’t end if you don’t tackle every little thing today. Keep a separate “later list” for the tasks that can wait. The goal here is to focus on quality over quantity, so you can end the day feeling accomplished instead of drained.
Shorter lists aren’t just easier—they’re smarter. By focusing on what really matters, you’ll get more done and feel less overwhelmed. So, this week, ditch the mega-list and embrace the power of three. You’ll be amazed at how much lighter (and more productive) life feels.
And that wraps up this week’s The Kulture!
Whether you’re making progress one step at a time, crushing a big goal, or just showing up on tough days, remember—it all counts.
The little wins add up, the effort compounds, and the best version of you is built day by day. Thanks for letting me be part of your journey. Let’s keep the momentum rolling, and I’ll see you back here next week.
You’ve got this!
