Hey everyone, my name is Callie and I am one of the certified personal trainers here at Athletic Kulture! Along with being a personal trainer, I also have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. This is where I developed a ton of knowledge surrounding exercise physiology, muscle biomechanics, anatomy and nutrition!

Growing up, I was always super active and loved sports or movement. My family has also always been heavily involved in health and fitness. This really contributed to my passion for helping others be healthier versions of themselves.

I have worked in the health and fitness industry for 6 years now and I truly find it to be one of the most rewarding careers I can imagine.

Helping others transform physically, but also mentally is something I look forward to every day!


I have two areas of expertise in personal training. My first specialization is exercise rehabilitation. Whether you’re trying to recover from an injury, desperately trying to fix that lower back pain, or simply want to function more optimally, I can help!
